We only collaborate with producers who have the following certifications:

IFS – International Food Standards – for the safe-guarding of food product security as well as quality and conformity in food production
BRC – British Retail Consortium, defined by several trade chains as the rules and standards for distributors in the food produce industry 
HACCP and ISO

Besides the annual examinations in order to obtain the IFS-/BRC certification, our customers also undergo audits, especially in the area of organic products.

In order to guarantee continuous, consistent quality, we apply regular control measures to the products by both partner laboratories as well as our own.
